Mice are something of a subjective little peripheral - what works well for one person could turn out to be hell on a mat for someone else.  Gaming models are much more of a personal thing than your standard browsing mouse as there are so many game types said mouse will need to service.

There are also often specific modes within any one game that may require a myriad of options to meet the needs of each players unique style such as cool accurate sniping or fast on the fly direction changes.  Couple this with the need for comfort, precision and the software to make it flexible and you end up with a mighty challenge for any manufacturer.

With these points in mind lets look at Gigabyte's latest design.

The GM_M8000 enters the market with an MSRP of £37.99.
