Lian Li, a brand synonymous with high quality PC cases have recently launched their new range of Silent Force power supplies.

The range incorporates a 650w, 750w and an 850w and is aimed squarely at the high end/silent PC sector, offering high efficiency, modular connections and near silent operation.

We have the 750w PS-S750GE and the 850w PS-S850GE models to examine today and I should point out that this is more of a preview article than a review as we will be testing the units long term in our test benches in a kind of real world experiment.  I have managed to make several high end PSUs meet their maker in this way, so it should be interesting to see how the Silent Force offerings cope.
