you should have, assuming your ram supports XMP, maybe it doesn't this is a bios shot for the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R which is the cheaper version of your GA-EP45-UD3P.

What are you running performance enhance on now Standard or Turbo?

Hi, I checked and my ram doesn't support XMP. The option in the BIOS isn't there. I've upped the ram volts to 1.9, and everything else for RAM timings is Auto. Upped the CPU volts (vcore) to 1.256. CPU reference is 0.760, CPU Termination is 1.22, and CPU PLL is 1.50. Everything for MCH is set to Auto.

Ok, better results this time. Ran Prime for 1hour 45mins without any errors what so ever. The cpu temp didn't go any higher than 48c, and system temp just over 41c. So it looks like my BIOs is good now.

Just to check, my settings are;

CPU Thermal monitor (tm2) - Enabled (60c threshold)
CPU Frequency - 400mhz

Memory performance enhance - Standard
SPD - 2.66D (memory running at 1066)

Loadline Calibration - Enabled

CPU Vcore - 1.268v
CPU Termination - 1.220v
CPU PLL - 1.500v
CPU ref - Auto

MCH core - 1.160v
all other MCH settings are Auto

DRam voltage - 2.080
