No, becuase there was time when things worked out of the box and when Britain was Great (Edit: and made things themselves), it's becomming the norm now to release an unfinished/bodged product and hope to have a fix for it later. In most cases we can only hope to have a fix come out before they release their next new product - otherwise we're stuffed, get pi$$ed off, buy a replacement and so the process begins again.
Even if they did release a good working product, the majority of us would still upgrade sooner or later because that's what we do - the difference being we would be happier customers and not keep jumping ship.
