All your issues have ALREADY been raised with tiawan.every one of them, all ican do is nag on your behalf!
Im the same as you, just a fairly well known overclocker whom has some measure of respect and trust in tiawan is all, thats with abit and other boards. I havent got the board, still waiting from Tiawan, however right now I feel frustrated that this is happening. I will continue to fight on your behalf though.
Supershanks can you do me a favour, I wish to
post a survey of what people would like to see on ABIT AND GIGABYTE boards ( i have influence with BOTH companies) then i can goto Tiawan and say this is what the users demand, what can you do about it?
Incidently I was the first to test the X38 DQ6 in this country all I can say is believe me you DIDNT want to try that board with the initial release

I edited runme.bat do i have to edit anything in Abitfae.bat had a quick look but couldn't see anything. Also the file i have is .B02 rather than .BIN , what's the significance ??, does the extension need changing to BIN.
