see Tuning Bios - GTLREF & DRAM Sub Voltages for more info, though stick with your own values , having found the best spot. You might want to explore the best MCHRef(MCHGTLREF)

Would you believe it, froze after 16 hours... i nudged up ref2 one notch to .876v and started again, must be close

Got her stable at 7x475, ref1 0.780v ref2 0.876v was all that was needed

If i go any further on the fsb, the machine will freeze in windows, or while running prime, i will be trying higher mch voltages to try and get around this, i think i it might be mch because it can freeze while watching tv on the tv card, freezes with a screeching sound...

The mch ref should be just adjusted upwards from its default, or is there a rule?

If it freezes like trhat I found a little extra MCH Core helped.

MCH Reference is linked to CPU Reference see Tuning Bios - GTLREF & DRAM Sub Voltages Gigabyte default MCHRef to = CPU Reference (CPUGTLREF1) , but Eva * myself both found a round a notch or 2 less than that worked fine. Once set you can just leave these values to change with the CPU Termination changes.

Hi, if CPURef2 should be 63-67% of CPUTermination, what percentage should CPUREF1 be? For instance, should i try to maintain the 0.40 gap between the 2?

It's easy , just do the math
assuming for example 63.33% CPUref2 on CPU termination of 1.20v so CPUref2 = 63.33% of 1.20v = 0.76v
If CPUref1 =CPUref2 - 0.40v = 0.76v -0.40v = 0.72v or 0.72v / 1.20v = 60%
ie as shown in the above link in this shot.

The % is really just for info & comparisons to other mobos, where the % is used rather than the absolute voltage. Main point is that having set them at one CPU termination voltage they will auto adjust as you raisre or lower CPU termination voltage , thus maintaining the approximate %

There is no way to get that drive back into the array i know of, when it happened to me i had to recover my data and create a new array.

It is possible to recover RAID 0 data, as long as the drives have not been written to since the failure
