Switch it all off and unplug the
PSU, flip the battery out, press the on/off switch to discharge any current then leave for a while (couple of hours if possible).
Then power on and try again.
If you are using any settings from
CMOS reloaded that were saved with a different
BIOS version, delete them and start again.
Also, make sure you have the latest
BIOS.
Before overclocking again, you could give the sticks a run through memtest86+ v.2.xx to make sure they are ok.
If they are ok, try them in the other slots.
