Open the image in any good picture editor and edit the physical size to about 800 pixels wide.
Save as a .PNG file, 128 colours, or 64 colours and that will dramatically reduce the image size by about 10 fold or more
For now, I've removed them because people with slower connections wont be able to view the thread.
if you need any help, let me know and I'll sort them out for you.

photobucket has an option to reduce the resolution/size of the picture when you upload it. Best to check the pic once it's gone through photobucket's system though... if it's high res you might lose too much detail and end up not being able to read the text.
e: saving as a .JPEG might help too. Granted you might not want to do this if you're posting photographs, but for screenshots the loss of quality is acceptable. (I don't know how much space you'd save though. PNG is still compressed, but it's a lossless compression so it won't be saving as much space as the JPEG compression will)

Do most of you manually set gtl`s or do you just leave on auto? I know it depends on the oc but just in general are they better on auto or not .
And as im now at 1.16v should i try the 61% or 63% settings.
Thanks Paul

As far as I know, no-one has done a GTL ref chart for the T3RS and the ones in that chart were done for the X48 T2R with an Alpha BIOS, so unless they've updated them, they may not work on the T2R anymore either.
The only real way to get accurate results is to measure the voltages yourself, or start taking wild stabs in the dark and hope for the best

No There is a GTL spreadsheet for the T3RS linked-to from the BIOS tuning manual. A very poorly done job -- just numbers (subtables) and a few highlights to help. Needs an engineering degree to use it (I have one ). And it's only set up for 0.67. I had to set up a bunch of linear interpolations to get 0.635 out of it -- which is what I'm using for the quad in my sig and it's definitely helping.
Edit: The numbers that I get are definately different from Wilson's chart from Anandtech (not that my interpretation of the spreadsheet is necessarily correct ).

Haven't seen it, is it the same values as the one posted in the sticky?

I'm not sure which sticky (don't remember where I linked to it).
The file name of the tuning guide is UTLTX48T3R.pdf and the file name of the spreadsheet is X38X48_vtt.xls.
The BIOS tuning guide is titled:
DFI Lanparty UT/LT X48-T3R
BIOS Setting Guideline
( BIOS version: 2008/8/29) V001

Yes, that's the one on the DFI site, I think it uses the same values as the old T2R chart. I would have said they would be different.
You can find the original one on the second page here - DFI BIOS Guide For Intel Chipset Based Motherboards.

My interpretation of the spreadsheet doesn't match Wilson's Anandtech table. Am I missing something?
