Do you have another PSU that you can try? The Galaxy is notoriously incompatible with a range of boards, DFI included, and this incompatibility seems to change with each revision.

Might be worth checking that first

To get rid of the C1 issue:

1) Get a new DDR3 ram module from somewhere to get your system to boot. (I had to buy a 1GB module from Kingston only for that reason.)
2) Get the latest BIOS from DFI, and update.
3) Now you should be able to use those OCZ modules. (Had the same problem.)

I've ordered a BIOS chip from the guy off ebay so that I can swap out the old one when I get the board this week, the only DDR3 ram any of my friends have is the OCZ reaper 1333, which evidently won't work with the shipping bios...

I'll post back to say if it works, though I'd only be able to test with the OCZ reaper. I should get a proper kit in a week or so.

Did you order the BIOS chip with the 06/09 BIOS installed? That will allow the board to boot with all ram.

I pointed them to the DFI bios page for the T3R, providing 06/09 is not a beta bios then they should be programming the chip with that one. Are there likely to be any warranty issues by removing the original bios chip?

06/09 is not beta. That is the only publicly available BIOS that will allow your ram to boot the board. Simply swapping BIOS chips will have no effect on the warranty.
