ya, i tried the "7/21/08" f5, downloaded from Giga-Byte's American server. Did NOT work for me... After 2 failed flash attempts, I was beginning to wonder if i still knew how! But i have flashed to f5d and that's what im running now.

Hi bituser,
Welcome to the forum

Might be a typo or me being stupid but, I'm confused by :-
Quote:
CPU Host Clock Control............: Disable
CPU Host Frequency(Mhz)...........: 1,333Mhz
CPU Host Clock Control............: Disable means your leaving the fsb on auto which is 333.33 not quad pumped 1.333Mhz which you show for CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) ??

This is your ram ??
OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 Platinum Edition OCZ3P16004GK
I'd try Memory multiplier of 4.00B to see if it's any better.
Why are you at ??
Quote:
CAS Latency Time (tCL)............: 8
DRAM RAS# to CAS# (tRCD).........: 8
DRAM RAS# Precharge (tRP).........: 8
Precharge Delay (tRAS)............: 24
Aren't those rated at 7-7-7-24 ?? have you tried with 7s ??

I'd get Memtest86+ v2.00 And test your memory, preferably overnight. Do you use active cooling ??. If you get errors try OCZ memory Support

Let us know how it goes
Have you tried testing with memtest
