if the problem is the loop this is the solution:

shut down your psu and take of the 24 pin connector of the mobo.
remove the battery for all the night.
remove rams too.

after that in the morning the motherboard will wake up and flash the bios f5a.

Weird , look's like someone deleted my post , please give me an explanation here

Ill post my pics again

These are my settings , got it at 4.3 ghz at 478 x 9 but memory and voltage to automatic to see if it would work , at my surprise it did . You think my settings are ok ?

And this is my 3dMark 2006 score

Not to bad on air cooling .

But with prime 95 , i get high temps , got to 70 at one time but idle i get 42 , are they still ok ?

Thanks

Just to clarify, no one has deleted your post.

There are no soft deleted posts in this thread, and I'm the only one that can hard delete them, and I haven been in this thread for a while.

It could be pygmies though, there's a tribe of them that live at the back of the server

CPU-Z Validator 2.1

this is the max fsb validate i did at liquid cooling.
with phase i can reach 615 but validate is corrupted, next time i try

this are setting:

PCI Express Frequency (Mhz).......:101
C.I.A.2...........................: Disabled
Performance Enhance...............: standard
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)....: 3.33D
CPU/PCIEX Clock Driving Control...: 800mv
CPU Clock Skew Control............: 150ps
(G)MCH Clock Skew Control.........: normale
System Voltage Control ()=Base Voltage): Manual
DDR3 OverVoltage Control...(1.50v): +0,35v
PCI-E OverVoltage Control.,(1.50v): +0,15v
FSB OverVoltage Control....(1.10v): +0,15v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control,(1.45v): +0,40v

more than 150 ps there is no difference, its dangerous for cpu leave that valor at 150ps ??

Nice going madspec I would try to limit my Vcore as kangaxxpk says to around 1.40v for 24/7 on air.

Have some good news for you re those temps Coretemp is overstating them by !0C so your 70C is actually 60C

This is because the Tjmax used by Coretemp of 105C is wong , 95C being the now more recognised value.
see RealTemp Get the latest coretemp & edit it as shown, or get RealTemp.

Reckon that's not far off.
Believe soft delete is like the Recycle bin, it disappears from forum view but is still on server. hard delete , it's gone
