yes on water. As you'll find depending on your chip, perhaps , but on both the E8200 & E8400 I can get a high FSB 540~550 with relatively low vcore, it's when maximg cpu Multi, that the vcore needs cranking up. I can see the difference between a 24/7 clock & an ocing run is half a multi
