I messed around a little bit with my memory settings, i got to DDR2-1300 pretty easy, just set 2.31v in the BIOS and loosened some timings.

Nice work,
What FSB have you got to so far?

Thanks, only played with it 3 hours or so, 10x multiplier only. This evening i'll try to go higher than 4250 but if it doesn't listen to reason (=voltage ) i'll try to go for high FSB.
Anyway i think i'll stay at 400x10 or 400x9.5 for 24/7 usage, it seems that it's possible at stock or little bit more.
While mine has a 1.25 VID it seems that it doesn't run particularly hot, at 4.25 GHz with 1.344 vCore Prime 95 on blend gave me around 45C, and Intel Burn Test topped at 60C; that's still with my good old TR SI 128 SE, i hope the new SilenX/Core Contact will shave a few degrees off, and i'll try it with a 120x38 135 CFM Scythe Ultra Kaze fan, wich should help too.

It seems that 4400 is not stable with 1.39 vCore, and since i'm not going over that value i think that i will have to settle for 4250 or maybe a little bit more, will have to try that to be sure.
Although, i think i got a 400x10 stable with 1.29 vCore, and 1.4 on the NB, but i'll try to lower some voltages. This is also stable with PPM/EIST and C1E enabled, so the processor will go to 2.4 GHz when idle and save some power.
I got a 500x8.5 (same voltages as the 425x10) stable too, but 510x8 is very unstable and crashes after a few seconds i get to Windows, even if i up the NB voltage to 1.55.

More than a touch, 1.2 VTT didn't change anything.
You think it's worth trying to increase it even more?

On the UT version I run my Q6600 @ 3GHz, 1.25V 24/7. VID is 1.28. BTW, my BIOS only lets me put VTT down to 1.211V, I guess this is because I got 65nm?
