Most coolers will fit.
Tuniq tower
TR Ultra Extreme
Xigmatek S1283/S1284
OCZ Vendetta 2
Sunbeam Tech Core Contact

I use the S1283 with the optional bolt through kit and an extra fan - this makes it big but it fits just fine.
Have a look at HDT coolers as they are generally cheap and offer decent results.

Question

Ok i am still trying to get stable at 4.3 GHz on my E8500 I replaced my power supply to the PC POWERCOOLING 750W power supply, the red one (can't remember the name off hand) and noticed 0 difference. Is there something on the mobo that restricts cpu voltage? every time i raise my voltage past 1.418 the mobo stars up for a second then shuts down. At 1.418 i can boot into vista 64 play the Crysis demo for about an hour before it looks up. Seems strange to me that i can not push the cpu voltage up any higher. any ideas any one.

I had a similar issue with my E8600, i couldnt increase vcore without the PC doing what you describe.
To get around this i started using the special add function which allows you work with the vcore you have and then add a percentage more.
For example i had used 1.1625v(ish) with 112%(ish) to get to 4.5Ghz (those numbers are off the top of my head i am not at my own PC just now).

This stopped the PC failure to start issue and lt me increase to whatever i needed with no further issue.

You can try what Affiliate13 says, but to be honest, I would contact DFI and see what they say, I think I would be sending it back for RMA if my board did that

No, as far as I know, they don't cross ship, but you can always ask them
