Can't help you with exact numbers, sorry, I just don't know, and I'm not aware of anyone that does know.

Maybe try the intel data sheets on their website? There should be some hardcore info there for you

Hi all, unfortunately I dont have a DIMM nor the experience and the courage to do it but I am wondering when I set vDIMM to 1.916v @ BIOS , the BIOS monitor shows 1.87v and in windows smart guardian shows 1.84. Which of those 3 is the closest to REAL? If some1 knows by how much off ? Thnx

The only way to know what is accurate on your board is to measure with a DMM.

I would be inclined to believe the BIOS if you have no other means of measuring.

The SmartGuardian is pretty accurate at VTT and Vcore but at Vdimm is has quite a big error.

Maybe they loosened some timings to allow for higher FSB or to make some memory module compatible.
You can probably get the same performance as before by manually tweaking memory and NB settings.

1.55v on a quad is way too much for 24/7 use.

Look at it like this - Most G0 quads will do 3.6Ghz with around 1.4v and then anything on top of that often requires a lot more voltage, and with the voltage, you get much higher temps.

The difference in real life performance between at quad at 3.6Ghz and a quad at 3.7/3.8Ghz isn't very much, so for the sake of the extra heat and voltage, you would be better off sticking with sensible leverls of voltage for 24/7 useage

The temps are probably about right for that voltage. Room/case temps will play a large part too.
