Nah, it won't damage it, the worst that will happen is that your PSU fan comes on quicker under load.

For most of the time, the air that comes off the TRUE is only a bit warm anyway.

You could always fit a different NB cooler and then you could fit the TRUE, or you could file some off the NB cooler so that the heatpipes from the TRUE don't catch on it.

I did a few runs earlier and at 1.45v I was getting around 60c and the room was fairly warm, around 21c

Yes, I second that. Please post some photos of the setup with all heatsinks installed.

I was thinking to get some supplemental cooling for the mosfets,PWM and NB.How do you think a Noctua NC-U6 would fit on this motherboard along with a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme? Can I fit the Extreme vertically?
Also, what do you recommend for the cooling of the Mosfets?

Keep in mind that the system is all built up on the desk on a box.

I'll do some later, but there are wires and stuff

What kind of temps are you getting on the chipsets? The one reason i dumped my maximus was thec 48c @ idle. So i sold it and bought a 3rd 790i. I also sold one 780i and my 3/8800ultras and went with two9800 GX2s. They are supposed to release the 9800GTX tomorrow [ $299.99 ] so i'll be buying two or maybe three tomorrow. Ill get back with some benchmarks on them. I did a mild OC on the Qx9650 to 3.3GHz and ran the GX2s at 626 core 1100 memory scored close to 19,000 with a single card. Untill i get the GTXs i have to use one GX2 in each machine. The frist run at Quad SLI was not that great, but i have not tried the latest drivers yet.

Here you go, sorry for the delay, I've been doing an overclocking guide for this board

Theres a few cables in the way, but you can see the space between stuff in the pics hopefully

This is what happens if you aren't careful
