Clunk,

Yup, got the voltages @ 2.2 and another set (of memory) on the way from Newegg, that way I'll feel a little better on my next round.

Thanks, I'll keep you all informed about my findings.

I can't thank you enough for your help already. You have saved me and a lot of other ppl. a lot of setup time and on to gaming or benching or whatever we are building for.
Cheers m8, no worries. be interested to see how it goes.

This might be worth a look at The Rules of Working with tRD: What's Allowed and What Isn't Although the TRD values shown on p2 look very tight for the Dq6

luck

Read on the last page (poster papatsonis) says about the vMCH on "normal" and the f8c bios. Doesn't look too great to me.

was correct. To see people 2 months later trying to run 4 x1Gb using or 9x400 4:5 , TRD 5 or 6 frankly beggars belief

Oh no...

I'm having sudden BSOD's all of a sudden.

It was stable since the past three days, and now, nada. I'm back on stock frequencies.

Could it be the memory? I've read many horror stories about the Crucial Ballistix.

I can't seem to find a stable clock at 3.2GHz. I've changed the strap from 3.20B = 1065MHz (or auto) to 888MHz, I've changed timings from 5-5-5-12, 10 and 11 to 4-4-4-12, 10 and 11 as well. I've upped the vcore from 1.3375 to 1.3500. And I also kicked up my fsb overvolt control from +0.25 to +0.30. I upped north bridge as well. still no dice.

got any suggestions?

lokeey,

if you run Prime95 25.6

what is it tending to fail on large or small ffts, as we said earlier if it's failing on Large FFts it's probably a memory issue.

What is your trd at ?? Auto or 7 or 8 .??
