Thanks for the warm welcome supershanks

And yes I meant a changelog, if there's any (either from Gigabyte themselves or from the users' observations).

Here is there link: -http://rapidshare.com/files/86546115/x38dq6.f8b.html

may be was going to checjkk about 3~4 days back but haven't got rounfd to it yet, will try the mirror test tommorow.

Think in fairness it's either the on board sensors are screwed , O the temps are right & we're all screwed

Just lookin at your pics of your cpu doesn't look 100% flat to me could be your camera warping the image slightly mmmm i dunno just looks odd, would explain your higher than normal temperatures.

supershanks,

I downloaded the OCCT app. How do you get that spiffy temperature graph for the 30 minute test?

There are a lot of ppl complaining that the 4GB of Crucial Ballistix will not work on this mobo unless reset to 800. You heard anything of this?

They quote "various memory problems and Windows OS problems". I've got the 2GB back on the way and I'd like to find out how this mess works and if they are right.

Ray

I ray ,
1) get Coretemp if you don't have it yet.
2) Open coretemp
3) Open occt
4) select the ornge button with the flower 2nd from right, select right tab, monitoring.
Select the software you want to monitor with. It also integrates with everest. So select coretemp , click ok
5) run occt. if all goes well you'll be told occt has passed & it will show you the folder with the graphs in.

No not particularly, but i don't run 4gb. If people have trouble with this mobo 90% relate to memorty issues & especially TRD.

Your going to have to suck it & see i'm afraid. try the tips we touched on, & be prepared to increase trd.

luck
