Phenom II x4 965BE 3.8Ghz 19x200 1600Mhz 8-8-8-21
I went back to 3.8Ghz to see what vcore the 965 needed compared to the 955 and also to see what temps were like with the new TDP rating. In the end it was stable at stock voltage of 1.40v rather than the 1.45v needed on the 955. Max temps per coretemp were also 2°C less .

I did run with HT at 2.2Ghz rather than 2.0Ghz and 2.6Ghz NB rather than the 2.0 Ghz on the 955

On the 955 I could only get this clock stable on water.
On the 965 I managed with +50mv giving 1.45v the 955 needed +125mv 1.475v.
Again I ran HT at 2.2Ghz rather than 2.0Ghz and 2.6Ghz NB rather than the 2.0 Ghz on the 955. As the 955 was on water & the 965 still on air temperature comparison wasn't really valid.
I did notice that Chipset temps were getting a bit warm, so added a 60mm fan.

I ran this on air first but it failed on Wprime Crashing out of the OS.
So moving to water I reran and got 30minutes Orthos stable.
I did need to put on 1.5v Vcore in bios, though this was .025v less than the 955.

For Comparison see 955 4,00Mhz 20x200 @1,600mhz 8-8-8-21 however the 965 is running with a higher NB speed by +600Mhz at 2.6Ghz.
