Not sure atm if it's that good, i'm right @*s&^d of with it. Some better news. tried running 3dmark06 but it froze, don't think it was cpu , i might have set wrong values in atitool.

this bios touch wood at least rebooted , well nearly , got 50h in the led. which is usb error. so pulled my pen drive & back in business.

Chip feels fine , it's the mobo that's worrying me

Yep just got it, will give it a turn shortly, pity it's only dual core.

Just made 470x9 but froze on 525x8

I got mine E8400 too, but i did flash to official 12 right away. Its bad
I still have few things to change, maybe it will be better than this: hxxp://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=304785 CPU-Z Validation
It got wrong vid, really is 1.3. But that is 100% stable so far. In 3dmark06 with 8800gts512@800/2000/1000 i got 14170 with cpu score 3434.

Official 12 is making my multi going from 9 to 9.5 .. too bad it doesnt really work
I will go back to 11, maybe that will help. Will post more on weekend.

BTW I need 4 more posts to post url
