not very much right now...what i need to do is start a thread asking people to post their highest attainable overclock with their vcore and VID...some guys are reluctant to not push very hard because of the fear factor of killing the board or cpu.
i presume on air that you would barely get 4ghz stable....what i mean by stable is running wPrime 1024M stability bench, which should have a duration of about 12 minutes for two cores.
It's hard to say how it will do on air, but I suspect that 4Ghz would be easily doable, providing that it wasn't affected by the temp issue that some have been having.
Anyway, I have an OCCT specific question if anyone knows.
I am currently at 530FSB and there appears to be a bug of some kind in OCCT, and the reason that I think it is in OCCT is that the test fails at the exact same point each time with 5 mins and 50 seconds to go.
I know the last 4 mins of the test are just monitoring, so it's even more annoying that it's around a minute to go when it fails.
Has anyone seen this before? Tried upping the vcore, and all the usual suspects but no go.
Edit: Fixed this by reinstalling OCCT to a different folder and running that.
Only thing now, is remembering where I was with the Vcore before the problem started.
