Well, theres not much you can do with that, apart from RMA it, and if the retailer says it is physical damage and not covered under warranty, just make sure that they know that the waterblock has to come off to fit it, and thats why the screws are on the front of it.
The cement that Asus use to hold the
NB on, is way too strong, and I have already seen someone else rip the IHS from their
NB because of it.
