    It's obviously an alien. Probably a body snatcher. They might be monitoring your wifi connection for some reason. When there's little activity, they assume you are in bed.

    Does look like a longish exposure/camera shake, the stars seem to have trails if you look at them. Probably a plane + camera wobble would be my guess.

    edit - oh, this is from July last year!
