Thx for this guide, I’m reading it thru right now, and will use it later. A part I have some problem to understand is the
RAM part;
"Next, the
DRAM Timings.
You only need to change the top Four settings, these are your main memory timings and it is important that you set these values to whatever it says on the label on the heat spreaders of your modules - The
DRAM voltage is equally as important too, see further down for that:..." I can't see how these numbers
DRAM CAS# Latency - 8
DRAM Clock
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay - 8
DRAM Clock
DRAM RAS# PRE Time - 8
DRAM Clock
DRAM RAS# ACT Time - 24
DRAM Clock
have anything to do with the label? I have 1300Mhz
ram,3x2gb, can you help me get the right settings, or understand the settings that should be used by reading the label?
