Well, an not so very happy guy overhere:

Suddenly the system stability test of Everest gave errors, now I now why......

Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!

Looks like Praz was right, the memory was/is detereating, now I understand why I couldn't get 1600/1800mhz which the memory IS rated for, could only get 1333mhz.
No, the memory wasn't overclocked, only the QX9770 was at 3800mhz instead of 3200mhz, temps idle 42 dgr.C, load 72dgr.C. Beware that the temps are on AIR!

Still has to borrow from an friend another memory.

Well, looks like I need some help again from you, changed the memory but the beep is still there!

Let me resume what happend:
-My own motherboard (Striker II Extreme) is for the third time send RMA.
-Had one RMA-returned which beeps immediately like the one which I have installed is doing now, but the installed one has functioned and the RMA one not!, send it RMA again.
-Got another RMA back which leaks water by the Northbridge, send it RMA again.
-Bought in the mean time, while sending RMA, an another RMA board which has functioned. After 2 1/2 month RMA I want to play FSX.
-The memory of the installed board couldn't get higher then 1333mhz instead the rated 1800mhz which I has reached with the original first board, has reached 2000mhz whitout any problem!
- I was just testing with Everest stress test, no really overclock, CPU QX9770 9.5 x 400=3800mhz with an voltage of 1.36875 which also isn't to much, memory on 1333mhz with an voltage of 1.68 and suddenly the system tryed to restart. Temperatures where CPU 72dgr.C and North- 65Dgr.C and Southbridge 72 dgr.C, nothing unusual.
-Checked everything, pushed the power button and Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep......
-Bought another set of memory and still beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
-Removed everything except the powersupply from the mobo, still beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

Anyone any suggestion, especially tricks for the motherboard?

I hope that it is the motherboard and NOT the QX9770 which has cost an lot of money

Has ran OCCT for an full hour without faillures, has ran Prime95 for 6 hrs 22 minutes before an faillure occured.

Specs: CPU 8 x 450mhz=3600mhz/voltage 'auto'= 1.33 volts, mem 1800mhz/voltage 2.00

I'm giving an (virtually) party for evereone
