Try one at a time and you should be able to isolate any bad sticks, if that doesn't work, come back and we can try other things
it's tripple channel, but i doubt it is faulty, haven't noticed anything suspicious...seems good. I did a little test with windows mem checker, nothing wrong.

Try those marked in red.
This is only for 4Ghz so maybe 1.45v is a little too much so if it is stable pull that down some as soon as you can; it varies but i would be looking close to 1.3/1.35v for that. Hard to guess really.
the TRUE is a great cooler but im guessing even it will begin to sweat running LinX at that kind of vcore.
Are you using a C0 or D0? Sometimes it matters sometimes not.
Use CPUz and RealTemp to give us an idea of what else is happening.

I would do 6GB 1st and then add the other 6GB afterwards, you may need more IOH/NB.v and possibly more Vtt QPI/Dram.v

Let us know how you get on.

When you say not booting does it just result in overclock failed or it posts but wont load windows?

It could be your PSU, if you have another one spare try it but make sure the load is spread evenly across all the rails.

Try with one stick of RAM and try 3.4Ghz then keep upping the BCLK till you hit 200.

It's no good just taking out 6GB of RAM, you need to start with one stick and test all the modules on their own. X58 boards, much like any other, will refuse to post with even a single bad module. It's a bit of a tedious task, but it's the most likely culprit in my opinion

hmm, sry , yes I mean with no booting it just fails the OC...it does boot with default settings or @3200Mhz with the LCD poster wich i'm using for almost 2 months now. with average temp of 53°C, but i guess its the PSU, I just save this to a profile and try again later, thanks alot for your help!

Do test the sticks as Clunk says; RAM can go bad so easily and at any time. Grab a magazine and run Memtest on each one with a fan pointed at them.
But yeah the PSU is worth a shot too.
