...My problem is that once i overclock it and run a Prime95 for over 12hours+ stable without any issues. On the next day i startup my rig when i get from work and do simple i-net researches and watching video clips and short avi's my system freezes and cracking sounds appears out of my headphones. Why is it stable for heavy processing on one day and on the other day it hangs on simple tasks?

... Just had the freeze/cracking sound/need to reset, again...

that noise/sound is really horrible

...when it happens again I will record with a cam and I'll upload a video in order to you can hear it

Yes your right that's really horrible. not sure if it's white noise over your audio ports. Does it fade if you turn the volume down ?

Yes, it fades if I turn the volumen down.

That noise is the same when crash occurs, no matter if audio (game, playing mp3, etc) is being used or not.

Sounds like an earth interference or leads over power, try taking out one lead out at a time at back of sound card and see what happens ..

I had a cheap crappy RCA lead connected to sound card and amp , the sub was buzzing it was pure chance i found it due to last lead i plugged in was the cheap lead, pulled out and thrown it .. but no were near the noise above member posted ..

just adding +0.100v to MHC voltage all these random crashes have dissapear and it let me reach 24hrs of prime95 flawless

well... I mean, random crashes always includes that horrible noise... and all that is over.-
