Here's 3Ghz on mine

CPU: Q9550
Rated Speed: 2.83
Real Speed:3.00
Wprime 32M Time : (secs): 13.704
Wprime 1024M Time: (secs): 438.548

Still only using 2Gb ram

Do you want to put these in a separate thread Shanks , then we can compare other benchies as well ?

I'll go for 3.45Ghz next , then it will be a proper comparison with your last ............

1280mhz 6-6-6-16 , but i'm on ddr3 so that's probably the difference.
Wprime is mainly about CPU but ram can make marginal differences such as here.
AS I up Htt(fsb) the ability to run ram at faster speeds decreases on this. That's the fastest I cann do and still be stable.

3.5 Ghz

CPU: Q9550
Rated Speed: 2.83
Real Speed: 3502.0
Wprime 32M Time : (secs): 11.734
Wprime 1024M Time: (secs): 373.5

824Mhz , 4-5-5-13 EPP ( low latency ) Profile 1

Might try ramping it up to 2.3v and using profile 2 later - would be a nearer comparison ( 1066 Mhz )

Edit

Sorry missed last post, yes upping ram will add a few more points, helps if your wanyting to edge past someone's score
