well it makes sense as well as SLI is available as well. Be interesting to see what the boards like. With Abit and possibly foxconn out the mix, number of suppliers is decreasing, so a newcomer will be welcome I guess. Ironically it may be Foxconn who ,make the boards , not sure if EVGA make their own or re-badge.

Yeah, i like the idea of EVGA bringing intel chipset boards out. They seemed one of the better makers at doing the nvidia based boards with those FTW models.
I think their warranties and customer services are alright too, more choice is never a bad thing.

Hows about requesting a review sample from them guys? It would be cool to see what they knock out eh?

Let's hope for the sake of sanity that they don't use green and black slots on a blue and white board.

PCIe Slots should be black or green.
The best looking mobos i can think of have plenty of black (matches exposed board components), some white (can lift some components) and no more than two primary/secondary colours for the styling.

I really liked the LT/UT as they kept it simple and that new foxconn board looked cool too. As you said if Gigabyte had lost the peach coloured PCIe slots on extreme board and made them black, white or blue it would have worked better.

They should get Bang and Oulfsen or NAD to style all motherboards.

Yup, all black with a nice mat finish.
