"First of all we are very glad to announce that Danamics has become a subsidiary of well-known air-management company Dantherm A/S. Danamics ApS and Dantherm A/S has been engaged in a close strategic relationship since 2006 and this has been strengthened further as a result of Dantherm acquiring additional shares in Danamics ApS.
Dantherm A/S is a global player in the air management and electronics cooling industry. Dantherm A/S has worldwide production facilities and sales offices and is listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
The acquisition of additional shares does not make any changes to the management of Danamics. Also the company headquarter will remain in Noerresundby, Denmark.
In the middle of July we sent out our first newsletter. The newsletter and information about the Danamics LM10 cooler was very well received and we collected many reseller applications and general inquiries. We thank you all for your patience in waiting for replies and in general for your positive feedback.
Although we received many reseller applications, we are still interested in finding more resellers. Therefore please do not hesitate to fill out the reseller application form on our website or contact us directly.
Finally we would state that the LM10 cooler is still on track for a Q3 release.
