Exactly mate, that's the thing that interests me about it.... would love water-cooling performance, but the hassle of all the kit is just too much for me.....

but the problem i'm seeing is electromagnet will it be shielded and how much ?will it affect overclocking ?

Simply some kind of magnetic, liquid metal alloy and some windings around the pipes?
This technology has been around a while in specialist systems; for liquid metal read mercury so the anticipated benefit with the use of an electromagnetic pump is to move the heat away from the chip quicker than normal convection systems we have with heat pipes but the cooling fins will be important to the delivery of the expectation!

As an airhead I'm keen to see the review, and the numbers at load!

I guess if this liquid metal CPU cooler have actually better performance( or even similar ) than water cooling , the water cooling stuff sellers will go soon to bankrupt due to lack of customers
