X48 + ICH10R: The Intel® X48 Chipset supports the latest multi-core processors with
FSB 1600MHz, 45nm processing; It is regarded as the module with cutting-edge performance and energy efficiency. Intel® X48 chipset, while its over-speed protection is removed for maximum over clocking, and with optimized system memory capabilities, can provide very fast booting, reduce application load time, and achieve extra power savings.
DDR3 memory: The DDR3 memory is a choice for the next-generation PC system. DDR3 memories support data rates of 1,600 MT/s and clock frequencies elevated from 400 MHz to 800 MHz, effectively double the speed of DDR2.
