Well a slight change actually, i had to up the VTT to 1.25v, turns out i actually had it at 1.2 before, i should take more time to note down the correct numbers lol, either way the problem with 1.2v was in my stress tests (Orthos and Prime95) it was perfectly fine, but when i loaded up S.T.A.L.K.E.R and Devil May Cry 4, it would either lock up in the game or restart the computer, either way when i upped the volts to 1.25 it's all good
Thanks for all your help mate

It appears games are the ultimate stress test, with the cpu at 1.344(1.3 in the bios) i was able to run orthos and prime95 for over 2 hours completely stable, but as soon as i load up some games like Devil May Cry 4, or Stalker BAM, bluescreen, now that i have upped the volts to 1.38(1.325 in the bios, i should also mention in CPU-Z and Everest it appears the voltage fluctuates between 1.36-1.38) it's all stable...
Well it has been a bumpy ride, but i think i've finally made it!

You should run Prime95 at least 8h to consider it stable. That or OCCT 4h suits for me.

That's weird, although what MustRotate said is true, it looks like your PSU may have something to do with it.
What i mean is: looks like when your CPU and GPU starts to work (ie when the power draw is at maximum) some of the voltages drop/become unstable.
But that seems weird because Corsairs are good units...
One way to know would be to Prime for 8 Hours or more to at least be sure that the CPU is stable when not gaming.

Although Prime and other testing programs like it stress the CPU much more then most any app we use it's not a true indication of complete system stability. What a game lacks in CPU stressing it makes up for by hammering the other components, specifically the Northbridge and memory.
The memory become a much bigger player in stability with 3d apps. And while something like Prime mainly loads the Northbridge because of CPU activity 3d adds memory, Southbridge and the PCI-E lanes to the mix.
With todays components a mix of applications is required to know if a system is actually stable or not.

It appears i have found the real cause of all the problems, or should i say it found me, my 8800GTX has officially met with the end of its life, BAM, dead, lucky i have an 8400GS as backup, now back to the lower voltages, i'll run that 8hr test when i get the time (so far stable in 2hr tests on Orthos and Prim95), should during the upcomming week
Once again thanks for all the tips
