Default DFI LP UT X48-T3RS + Cellshock BLUE 1866@1800CL7 = NO STABLE

Hello. I address on this forum for the first time and I hope to me will help with my problem.
My memory
techPowerUp :: Cellshock DDR3 1866 MHz CL8-8-8 2 GB Kit Review :: Page 1 / 4
Cellshock DDR3-1866 8-8-8-16****|****Recensioni -X- NextHardware
I CPU seems stable in OCCT in a current of 6-8 hours 450x9.
My memory allows to be loaded in OS using a thong 400/1600 with pressure 1.93-1.95V... But is extremely not stable. Pressure increase leads BSOD or "the black screen" stiffens...
I used in BIOS
CPU VID Control....................... 1.34
CPU VID Special Add Limit....... Enabled
CPU VID Special Add.................. Auto
DRAM Voltage Control.......... 1.93-1.95
SB Core/CPU PLL Voltage.......... 1.51
NB Core Voltage....................... 1.63
CPU VTT Voltage...................... 1.35
DRAM Speed......................... 400/1600
PCIE Clock.................................. 101
GTL REF Voltage Control........... Enable
CPU GTL 1/2 REF Volt................... 88
CPU GTL 0/3 REF Volt................... 62
North Bridge GTL REF Volt............. 62
Below CAS Latency Time (tCL)......... 7
RAS # to CAS # Delay (tRCD)............7
RAS # Precharge (tRP)..................... 7
Precharge Delay (tRAS).................. 21
Skew Model 1,3,5 - BSOD/2,4,6,7 - Crashed in a current of 2-3 seconds OCCT.
Common CMD to CS Timing............ 1N
I have left other values by default.
Whether my options are correct? What should I change?
Thanks.
I am sorry for my bad English...

Hi and welcome.
I suggest you disable the GTL ref control.

Welcome to the forums Andrew

Supershanks had the same memory and board and couldn't pass around 480FSB stably.

Kelainefes may have a point, but you need to start by removing the battery and unplugging the PSU - leave it for an hour or so.

Manually set your timings and voltages, but leave everything else at stock.

See if it is stable at stock speeds first and then run memtest and see if you have any errors.

I will be grateful for any assistance with this forum...
Perhaps I should change your memory in the BIOS, but many settings DFI does not allow me to do it right quickly.
I spent a long time, but had not made good progress.
I would like to run 1800CL7 1T and 1977 1T 24\7 at 1.95-2.05 volts.

Today, I checked the memory of the default through Memtest of Windows - the result 0 errors...

Did you remove the battery, unplug the PSU and leave it for an hour?

Yes. I fetching battery and disconnect the power cord PSU for 2 hours. I have not noticed any changes under the same preferences. My memory is stable or not, or BSOD...
