If you save the settings to a USB stick, you can sometimes reload them after a flash, but quite often, it wont let you because its a different BIOS version.

Can anyone tell me, if I update the bios will I lose my setting for the overclocks ( I can't remember) ????

You can always save the settings and load them after you flash the BIOS.

Heheh, I should have read the other replies before I posted!
