What is your water cooling setup?
Anyway, till you stay below 65 on full load with Prime you are safe, most applications will never stress your CPU that much.
On 65 nm Core architecture processors, 1.35 is the max voltage that Intel cosiders safe, but having said that i don't know of anyone that killed his CPU or degraded it in a short time with voltages up to 1.45 for the core.
Be very careful with PLL, 1.65 is considered the limit over wich failure is a possibility and 1.75-1.80 is asking for it.
BTW, are you looking for settings to use for 24/7 or just benching?

There is no "safe" voltage other than the stock voltage. Anything above this and you potentially run the risk of damage, although as Kelainefes says, this risk is minimal for the short term.

As well as being careful with the PLL voltage, also be sparing with the VTT. Both of these, if used generously, will degrade the CPU over time.

So, when you overvolt, there is always a risk, however small.

Also consider that not all CPUs are born equal, so if somebody is running a q6600 at 1.65volts and he's got no problems, that does not mean that you will be able to do so.
So take what you read on some forums with a grain of salt.
Expecially if you can find words like "1_337" and "pwnzor" in the page.

i've got another single rad comming in the next couple of days just need to find somwhere for it ..lol prob put it on the back .. the voltage has a big gap from what it reads in bios and what it reads when i boot up so will have to be carefull ...

VTT = FSB Termination Voltage on the P5K.
