Default Overclocking LT X48 & E6600

Looking to hit 3.6Ghz on air if possible? Currently have it at 3.2Ghz. To be honest I'm a total newbie at overclocking so any advice would be great lads I would prefer Bus Speed@400MHz and Rated FSB@ 1600FSB, but just can't get my system to boot into windows Also would this be safe as I will be using this 24/7 untill I can get my hands on a E8400/E8500

Heres my current settings:

Core Voltage: 1.296V
Core Speed: 3240.0 MHz
Multiplier: x9.0
Bus Speed: 360.0 MHz
Rated FSB: 1440.0 FSB

Memory Settings

Frequency: 576.0MHz
FSB: DRAM 5:8
CAS: 5
RAS trcd: 5
RAS trp: 5
Cycle Time tras: 15
Command Rate: 2T
Memory Voltage: 2.1v

Should be easy enough if it's a G0.

Have a look in my review and there are some settings for 3.6Ghz on a G0

Thanks for the guide I've just had a try and got into windows, but then my mouse locked up also noticed my keyboard light went out at the same time? I had to reset and go back into BIOS tried increasing CPU voltage upto 1.37500v also knocked down the multiplier to 8x333 to give me 2.664Mhz and yet still it locked as I got to windows desktop. I didn't want to give it anymore volts as I'm not sure if my CPU (E6600) is a GO? I thought they where quad core CPU's

Download CPU-Z, it will let you know if your CPU is a G0 or not.
