I can't give you step by step because I have never used that board.

Ideally, what you need is someone with the same board, so that you can see what settings they are using.

I thought you already had 3.0Ghz?

Default holaaaaa

hai.. i wanna asking something, after i make 3.0ghz i test with sp2004 (in the program said we have to run 2 of the sp2004? is it different if we just run 1 program sp2004? i already test it with one program sp2004 its around 6 hours n 30 minutes n all passed (what do you think? is it we can say already stable?) yesterday i cant got 1336 fsb, the test was failed n error, but i try with 1333 and it pass (the voltage i set to auto, coz i dont know about setting the voltage n just making my cpu n ram get auto voltage for themself to get stable). if u said mu cpu already stable for now, i wanna up it again little by little. but sometimes it depends on the memory timing n i dont know to set that one. am i have to set autp again? hope u have some help for this.

Hola Senior,

Don't use SP2004 for your quad.

Use Prime95. You will see that it uses 4x threads and it will generate more heat than SP2004

It might just be that your CPU needs more than 1.37v to hit 1333FSB. Try the same settings, but with 1.4v and then test with prime

allrite then so the prime no need to open more than one right? my proc type are SL9UM. similiar like urs? is it more hotter than SLACR? n u said i have to up till 1.4 v for the voltage, but the box product said i can just 1.35v is it okay?

All overclocking carries a risk of damaging the components - it is up to you if you want to do it

Yes, 1x prime = 4x cores

SL9UM = Hotter than SLACR.
