OK guys, i think i need a bit of help here.

Anything over 188 Bclk, at some point or another provokes a Bsod with " A Clock Interrupt Was Not Recieved". Now this has nothing to do with the actual cpu speed, it will even do it at 18x188. I don't think it's a ram issue, but i'm open to it.

The only references to it i can find relate to AMD cpu's, with litle to no info on Intel cpu's.
This is really begining to piss me off a lot, because believe me i have tried all sorts of things to attempt to get around it, only to end up at the same place.

I'm beggining to think i've got a lemmon of a cpu, but i have had that before and got around it. So i would really like some help here.

If you are getting a BSOD with error 0x00000124 (I think 105 too), it's what can happen when you don't have enough vcore/VTT for the given overclock.

It can also happen when the CPU is at it's limit too.

What kind of vcore are you at?

At 188x21, Vcore is 1.296v. Overnight though, i have wacked the VTT up to 1.34v and it does seem nice and stable now.
My fault, i did'nt really take on board just how much VTT these things need.

A lot less settings to mess with compared to previous platforms but once pushed really no easier.

Well, there's not much of an update because i've been working in Berlin since last week.

But i did a bit tonight when i got home. As you can see ITB is more than happy with at 21x190.



Where it does fall down at 21x190 though is with Prime Blend. 2 iterations into the run and the screen freezes. It must be something simple, but at the moment it's got me foxed. Bumping Vdimm dose'nt work. More VTT dose'nt work and nither does more Vcore.

IBT doesn't load all 8 cores 100% like Prime does. If you want to test with LinPack use LinX. All cores will load 100%.

Is this on phase as well Graham?

My C0 needed around 1.4v Vcore and just under 1.4v VTT to get stable at 200x20. 21x above 180-ish wasn't happening either.
