Default Asus P5K-Premium OC

Hey guys, I've had a go at overclocking my system, bios set as below, I've filled in what I can remember, I've used a combination of the guide + a post about the the deluxe version. My CPU is guaranteed to 3.3mhz.

Atm the core temps are ranging between 38-52 idle at windows to 67-75 while running prime95 blend test.

CPU-Z Validator 2.1

I'm going to leave it running over night to see what happens, any advice, or changes you think I should look into? Should I put the 2x smaller pipe fans on, will they make much difference to the overall temp?

Try the CPU voltage at 1.35v to start with for that speed....and then up the FSB slowly, if it fails, you can add a touch of CPU voltage.

Hi Clunk, I tried the cpu volt at 1.3 and I got BSOD earlier, so put the volts back on auto to get it to reboot.

My idling temps are actually 48>58 not what I stated above, are these too high?

Your temps are too high in my opinion, try setting the voltage manually to 1.4, see what temps you get and if the system is stable.
What is your CPU cooler?
