First check it is present in your
BIOS, if it is boot into windows and check the deivce manager.
If it is present in the device manager then you will need to create a partition on the disk and format it with a file system for windows to be able to use it. You can do this with the disk manager.
If it is not present in the
BIOS check your cables or try it in another PC.
I would ask you to change settings in the
BIOS if your other disk was IDE but since they are both
SATA i would guess the
BIOS settings are fine.
