Default Who's Going To Be A Nehalem Early Adopter?

I don't know about you lot, but I'm itching to get my hands on some new technology.

Will you be taking the plunge, or waiting to see if it's as good as they say?

I'll prolly end up adopting it at the end of its life to ensure no possible upgrade path.
like i just did with the C2D series.

Mind you i would love to see what these new boards and chips can produce. I wonder how different O/Cing them will be from C2Ds?

My current tasks do not require a quad core, so i'll be sticking to dual for a while, i see a 8500 in a not so distant future.

Not early but will get one. Then again they might be supersuper-duper in which case I'll be an early adopter.

Who knows.

Definitely when the octos come out, and possibly a quad if they're much better than the current crop.... as Kel says I have no use for the power, but will be fun to play about with one for sure.

I have said that i'm not going to bother adopting and the build i'm on is the last one for a good while so yes i'll probably waste loads of money buying Nehalem too soon !!
