Default Going to buy new 24" monitor.

Hi guys.
Nice forum.
This is my first post here.

Well.. actually I'm going to buy new 24" monitor.

Which one should I buy? My budget is £400-500
I heared that Benq is good monitor brand. Is that true?
What about this monitor? Is that good enough? Or you could suggest me something else? Maybe Samsung? Please explain

Dell 2408WFP is probably the best one to go for.

there is an AO1 revision coming out which is supposed to sort out the supposed input lag issues...

Thats the 248wfp, not the 2408wfp, just the 08 is a PVA other than a TN panel, and also has loads more connectivity and 1:1 pixel mapping

Just decide for yourself if the price diffrence is worth the better panel or not...

If you want it for FPS games:
Absolute bargain: Benq G2400W/WD
Samsung 245B
Samsung 2493HM(as above but with shiny coating on the margins, usb and hdmi interface)
For Graphics(so usually non-TN panel):
Samsung 245T
NEC LCD2470WNX
NEC LCD2490WUXi-->uber expensive but worth the money if you're in the market for nice colors
My personal favorite is the 245B. I am a gamer so its fast panel and height adjustability plus the lack of shiny coating like the new Samsungs have is a major advantage for me.

I like my 2007FP, it's great in games too get yourself 2408WFP after A01 will be out, I'll do the same if I'm planning to do the same if I'll be able to buy it.
