Hello forum,I have a question..This is my system.
Core 2 Duo X6800 Extreame @3.37
EVGA nForce 680i MB
OCZ 2Gig 15-5-5-5 memory kit DDR2 OCZ2N1066SR2GK 2 x 2 gig kits
(4 gigs total)
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Ultra BFGE88768UE
Western Digital 160gig sata II 16mb
Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer SB0730VP
Cooler master CM Stacker 830 Silver
OCZ Gamer extreme PS 1010wat OCZ1010GXSSLI
Samsung Optical (DVD/CDRW)
Windows XP Pro 32bit SP2
SamSung SyncMaster 24" LCD
Couger Hotas
Cambridge4.1 speakers

One of the CPU's is turned off in the BIOS..Would there be any benifit to turn on the 2nd one? If so what do I need to do to turn it on? And will it still play my games with both on? Thank you....

if i'm understanding this correctly your running dual core with one core enabled?

yeah i would turn on the other core mate.

they should be an option in the bios to enabled both cores.

according to the master himself mr. clunk would say : welcome to the forums, would you please grab the bios template :=)

and jes there is a option in the bios, should be named sth like: Core Multi-Processing: Enabled / Disable
