p45 hs




The hs is a lil bit different



i wanted to know if the dfi p45 hs fits the x48 dk the 1st board shows it will fit and second one shows it will not

im confused

No idea if the heatsink will fit, sorry.

the mounting holes look to be exactly the same but i was worried of some of the caps getting in the way

But from the pics the heatpipes are a few cm's over the board so the caps would not interfere yes?

The layout of NB-Socket-PWM circuitery looks identical, but i'd try to contact DFI via email and see what they say.

cheers mate, Soz about the questions on the same thing in 2 diff threads.Just needed the answer asap.

Have a dfi x48 dk on the way now

just need to get those black p45 heatsinks and im good to go for the new project!!!!

some might think alot of trouble over a minor detail but its the small things that count if you want to be on mdpc
