Aw yes, you have to manually select 333/800 to run stock speed, and also set the appropriate timings or leave them on auto.
You can try overclocking later.

okay so with 4GB of ram (all of it) running at 2.2 volts, 4-4-4-12 timings and 333/800 i got a bsod called "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" while playing Teamfortress 2

You tried 5-5-5-15 timings? Although my money is on a faulty stick or slot.

im going to run with 3 sticks of RAM - 2 of the ones i know work and the one i think works and if i get a BSOD now then i can be sure that it is a certain stick of RAM.

If i dont get a bsod then what does that mean?

it wont run with 4GB or ????

I'd try every stick with both Memtest 86+ and Memtest HCI.
I had some problems and Memtest86+ would run no problems, but memtest HCI gave me an error.
Tweaked a little bit in the BIOS, problem's gone.

running that other memory test you gave me with 3gb and the possible bad stick and i am getting:

Memory Error Detected! Pair 34168543 does not store valves accuratley. Your computer cannot accuratley store data on RAM.

After i got these errors i restarted my comp and ran memtest 86 and got hundreds of errors.

so i unplugged the power to my pc and ram memtest86 again with nout changed and this time i got no errors at all.

WHAT?!?!
