Reccomend me a cooler for Q6600

Yay!

What air cooler would you recommend clunk? I've heard alot of people complaining about the Ultra 120 extreme whilst alot praise the tuniq tower.

That it isn't much cop unless you lap it - which I don't want to do.

Also - do I even NEED a new cooler?

Hi Robert, what kind of OC'ing do you want to do? take it right to the edge, or hit 3 and be content? Bang for buck, you can't go far wrong with a Thermalright Ultima 90i and quiet fan, 92mm or 120mm. Depends what you have in mind.

Possibly, but its an ES of the Ultima 90, so will be different from the retail (usually anyway

yeh, but then ananananannnnnddddtech came out and kind of corroborated the early ES performance, with a production Ultima 90 ...what we're after really is a reet proper Ultima 90i, complete with polished bottom, review to appear.
