Default Bios code "CF"

Hi, last night i put my system to sleep(keeping the session in the memory). This morning i on the PC again i was able to access my desktop once again , but i took a look the bios debug LED it shows CF.

Hmm , my system is stable and usable but the bios code "CF" ?

is it alright?

This may help. If that doesn't work then have a read through this.

Seems quite a few people are having this problem with the same board.

Have a look Here..

"CF" code seems to be related to a uncorrect S1/S3 resume caused by RAM or BIOS problem..

Have you tried shutting it down completely and then see what happens turning it on again?

As long as board resumes properly from sleep don't worry about what is shown on the post code display. With the exception of the X58 boards none of the DFI boards display the correct readout when resuming from sleep.
