Default no picture? freezing problems

I recently upgraded my pc (see sig and profile). And i've encountered some problems with my build.
After some time it just seems to black out or freeze. I've left everest on this morning when i left and the last log came from about half an hour after that. Also i've noticed that in my windows system log i have the following entry: "performance power management features on processor 1 are disabled due to a firmwar problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware." I get this for all four cores. And i've updated my bios just recently.
Any idea as to what this is?

Can you post your BIOS settings as they are now pls.
Also check your temps, NB/GPU and CPU pls.

Sounds like RAM to me but cant be sure yet. Also have you changed any drivers recently?

Please try 333/667 strap to see if that is where the problem is.
We can increase the FSB or change the strap later to run your RAM faster. I would just like to rule out the divider as the fault.

edit: nvm it just did it again... while playing renegade this time....

also i think i accidently reset the rtc switch yesterday, what does this thing do?
