Default I got some weird problem

I'm freaking out, here's the story:
I was running at 401 FSB for few days now, without any problem (after adding 4GB of RAM I'm on 4x2GB now).
There were no problems at all, passed memtest and prime nothing was wrong until few hours ago there was power loss in the house (something shortened), I repowered the computer after I fixed the problem and it would take me into endless lop of power and shutdown, I tried clearing the CMOS with the regular method nothing work, so I open the case removed the CMOS battary and it worked.
I tried going back to 401 FSB but nothing every time I'll try going to even 1 FSB more than 400, the computer will go into power lop without ever getting me into position of editing the BIOS or using any method of CMOS clear except the battery remove.
I'm back for now to the default 333 FSB that gives 2.66GHZ until you'll be able to give me ideas.
I know that it'll be asked but I was able to run higher FSB before for testing I went 3.4GHZ with the help of the ABS system only for testing but I'm not using it anymore.

Sounds like you may need extra NB voltage to run the extra memory.

I was running 8GB for few days now on the same FSB, won't it at least get me into the BIOS if it was NB voltage or I'm dreaming ?

Will it let you get to the BIOS with one stick? Might have a bad one? Try both individually.

I hope not, but maybe the power loss caused some damage?

I'm sorry for asking again after you replied, it was both the NB and DRAM Voltage, weird as it worked before with the same voltage but whatever get the comp to boot.

I'm still thinking about it, I'm sure for now wouldn't know if it did something or not.

Are you using CMOS reloaded settings that were saved with an older BIOS?

I didn't, after I updated the BIOS I rewrote all the CMOS reloaded.
At least it's solved now.

It's solved as in the old values are now good again? Or you still need more voltage than before?
